The only difference in headers between the M52/TU and the M54, is that the M54 are longer in overall length. They will both bolt to the manifold no problem. The issue comes in where the exhaust bolts onto the header. However, since you are looking at a header/exhaust combo then I would imagine that it would be a direct bolt on.
